Initiate Your Request
Log into your Fixo account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the electronic device is factory reset to protect your data, and pack it securely in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will perform a diagnostic check upon arrival, and once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 days.
